About CRS HOODS
Ron Grantland founded AG&G Sheet Metal, Inc. in the early 1980s, establishing a legacy of exceptional work ethic, skill, and customer service, especially along the coast. His sons, Geoff and Andy, joined the business as teenagers. Following Ron’s death, Geoff led the company from November 2019 until July 2022.
Andy, after working over fourteen years with Ron and Geoff on handcrafted restaurant hood systems, launched Grantlin Fabrication, LLC in 2016, with his wife Samantha becoming CEO in 2018. The company, certified in Delaware and holding DBE Certification with the Delaware and Maryland Departments of Transportation, offers expert services alongside AG&G Sheet Metal under one roof, serving distinct industries.
In July 2022, Geoff and Andy, upholding the values instilled by Ron, started CRS HOODS, LLC. Despite AG&G Sheet Metal’s name change, the commitment to Ron’s standards of excellence continues.
